Here at Avalon Cosmetics, we believe in our product 100%.

Everything is handmade with care. Sometimes a lip balm may be curved in appearance, this is the nature of the product, it still delivers luscious goodness to your lips.

Keep your lip balms and lip scrubs out of the direct sunlight. They are a pure, natural product and are sensitive to extreme temperatures. If your lip balm does melt (for example: it’s been in a hot car), place it in the fridge for 30 minutes and your good to go again.

Shipping of Orders.

We offer FREE shipping to any order over $50.00. All other orders under this amount will be charged a flat rate of $9.50. Once your order has been placed and payment completed, we will dispatch your package within 2 business days. You will receive an email from Australia Post with a link and your tracking number.

Delivery times vary based on your location, but generally 3 -7 days. If you have not received your delivery within 9 days of submitting your order, please contact us.

Returns / Refunds

If you do experience any problems with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we shall do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

To request to return or exchange an item purchased from us, does it meet the eligibility criteria below?:

1. The Item must be in original purchase condition, packaging and/or product must not be tampered with, be unused, and unmarked.

2. The packaging and/or product is faulty

3. If opting for a return and refund, please note that the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please use a tracked shipping method to return the goods as all risk during return transport is the senders responsibility.
